State Party Leadership

Jane Brady is a lifelong Delawarean and Republican. She has lived and worked in all three of Delaware’s counties throughout her lifetime. Jane served as Attorney General from 1995-2005, the FIRST Female elected to that position in the State of Delaware. From 1977 until 1990, she served as Deputy Attorney General in the Delaware Department of Justice.

For 40 years, Mike’s passion has been coaching and mentoring children of all ages in swimming, and in life. As a businessman and Delaware resident, Mike’s commitment has been to help the community. As a legislator, Mike works tirelessly to resolve community issues. He has repeatedly secured funding for projects throughout the 21st District. Michael has a passion for, and a commitment to, many nonprofit communities and organizations.

Major General Henry C. McCann was Special Assistant to the Director in the Army National Guard. He is a graduate in class of 1975 University of Delaware, Bachelor of Science, Education. Henry served as Chairman of the Kent region of Delaware Republican Party.

Mary McCrossan, M.D. is a practicing family physician in Wilmington. She has been a grass roots volunteer in the New Castle County Region for over 15 years. She is excited to promote Republican ideals in Delaware as a way to promote human flourishing in our communities.

George is a communication and marketing leader with clients across Delaware and Pennsylvania. With every business, George has been a creative, analytical, and results-oriented advocate with a new approach to marketing strategies for small businesses. He brings a wealth of marketing and technology knowledge to every project with which he is associated.

Dr. Julia Pillsbury, DO is a Pediatrics Specialist in Dover, DE and has over 40 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine medical school in 1981.

Dennis Cini is the owner of R.A.M. Associates and a resident of Wilmington, Delaware. He and his wife, Robin, have nine grandchildren. Cini was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force and is a former member of the Wilmington Police Department.

Paula Manolakos was introduced to politics when she managed her husband’s successful primary and general campaigns for State Representative in 2006. She retired from the City of Wilmington after 30 years as Information Systems Manager where she spearheaded information system solutions for all city departments.

Robert is an experienced campaign leader and veteran who is working with the Neigborhood Team Leaders, the Regions and the Candidates.
