New! Checker/Challenger Training for the General Election for New Castle and Kent Counties, in Person and via Zoom

Several of you have asked about election integrity and how you can get involved.
Being a checker/challenger on Election Day, Nov 8th, is one of those ways.
There is free training available, as detailed below. You can attend the training on Zoom, or there are dates for live classes as noted below.

Challenger Training is being offered on the following three dates and times for those interested in serving as Checker Challengers in either New Castle or Kent Counties during either early voting (starts October 28th) or on election day, November 8th. Zoom and physical space is limited so please RSVP to either:

Thursday October 6th from 6 to 8 pm, 160 Peoples Plaza, Newark De
Saturday October 15th from 10 am to noon, 160 Peoples Plaza, Newark DE
Saturday October 15th, 2-4 pm, Kent GOP Headquarters, 2151 S. DuPont Highway, Dover DE
- DETAILS:
The training will last about an hour and 15 minutes, and we will be signing people up for preferred days, times and locations that work for you after training wraps up. You will also receive your signed Authorization form that you must present to be permitted into the Polling Location.
Given how well the Challenger training worked during the recent primaries, we are confident that you will find the training to be informative, easy to follow, and very interesting, and that it really prepares you to help ensure a smooth and fair election process in Delaware.
We need challengers during each of three shifts during the 10 days of early voting at 5 locations in New Castle County and four in Kent, and at hundreds of Polling locations throughout both counties on Tuesday November 8, so thank you for your interest, and please help us spread the word!
