Press Statement: Mask Mandate
The angry scolding that the President gave America yesterday was both unnecessary and offensive. This is indeed about freedom and personal choice. And, medical decisions should be made, after consultation, between a patient and their doctor, not by politicians
Like much the federal government does, the proposed actions are overbroad and too rigid. The directives do not account for those who have “natural immunity”. Nor do they take into consideration those whose doctors have recommended against vaccination or have religious exemption (allowed for other health requirements).
The President seems to be personally offended by those who do not do as he says, regardless of the reason That is not a good quality in a leader.
