Northern New Castle County Republican Committee Volunteer Recruitment Drive

Whatever skills, interests and time you have available there is something you can do to support your local Republican Party.  Each of our working groups has opportunities available.

• Candidate Recruitment – ideal if you have a large network and can help think of leaders in the community who should consider running for office.
• Campaign Support – help with the running of local campaigns; needed skills include treasury, social media, messaging, policy platform development, vendor management, volunteer management and general campaign supervision (training is available).
• Program & Outreach – connect those who share our values to the local Republican party through event organization; generate additional ideas for outreach.
• External Communication – assist in the crafting of messages to swing voters to highlight ways in which their values more likely align with the local Republican party.
• Legislative – monitor and summarize developments at all levels of local and state government; promote avenues for individuals to express their concerns or support for various pieces of legislation.
• Fundraising – organize fundraising events and generate additional methods of raising financial resources for the local Republican party.
• Election District  – represent the GOP in my local area and monitor issues that are important to my neighbors.
